Jon Grey is a singer songwriter originating from the pearl of the Indian Ocean - Sri Lanka. He has called Kansas City home for the last 30 years. His latest collection of songs ‘The Letters I Never Sent’ began release in February of 2023. After a three year hiatus, Jon Grey has returned bringing a classic country soundscape. The singer cites the music of rock legends like Bruce Springsteen and Guns and Roses as influences on his sound along with country outsider Eric Church. On his latest, Grey is leaning in on that country connection.  "Chasing Laura" and “She’s the Best” were the first singles from Jon’s latest work, released worldwide via all major streaming services on January 25, 2023. His next two “Wild Fire” and “All I Need is You”  released March 3rd of 2023. Wild Fire features renown fiddle player Dan Hochhalter as the third voice in the room to a fiery Country ballad. "Kansas City Lights" his latest release is an anthem tribute to the City that welcomed him as one of their own. On the tracks, a classic Nashville ensemble ride mellow mid-tempo country shuffles. Guitars, Fiddle, keys and backing vocals paint the edges of the mixes. On the mic, Jon sings wistful torch songs with smooth, radio-ready tenor.
